Assistant Sales Manager Full Time

Job Description

• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the hotel’s client portfolio.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
• 2-5 years of hotel sales experience with proven track record
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills
• Preferably Russian speaker
