We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales and Marketing professional with a proven track record in closing high-end deals within the e-commerce industry. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and shaping our organization’s success.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development
Formulate and execute effective sales strategies for e-commerce.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the digital landscape.
Client Relationship Management
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet specific requirements.
Deal Closing
Utilize a consultative selling approach to close high-value deals for e-commerce websites, mobile apps, and digital products.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Market Research and Analysis
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Revenue Growth
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for e-commerce sales.
Conversion Rates
Improve and maintain high conversion rates in the sales pipeline.
Client Retention
Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
Market Penetration
Increase market share within the e-commerce sector through successful business development efforts.
Deal Closure Time
Efficiently close high-end deals within established timeframes.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven track record in sales and marketing with a focus on e-commerce, mobile apps, and digital products.
Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and emerging industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
