About The Role
As an Assistant Operations Manager for our Imperial Club, you will be responsible for supporting the Operations Manager Imperial Club Services in overseeing the operation across the lounges and lobby coordinating and monitoring all guests arrival, departure to ensure that our in-house guest experiences are as per resort standards. Your responsibilities include supporting with training and developing team members, coordinating employees’ schedules, and ensuring that company standard operating procedures, policies, and procedures are being followed and consistently implemented. Finally, you will help to deliver outstanding guest service, and overall customer satisfaction.

About You
The ideal candidate will have experience within a luxury hotel, with a minimum of 5 years experience in Hospitality. To be considered for this role you must also have at least 1 years experience working within a Club Lounge environment or similar at an Assistant managerial level with an international luxury. To be successful in this role you will also have acquired knowledge within the Rooms, Front Office Division and crossed over into F&B, with some leadership experience. The ability to excel working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple business requirements whilst exceeding guest satisfaction will also be a key part of this exciting role.
