Our client is a business consultancy that advises, structures, restructures, rehabilitates and mediates new and operating cross-border joint ventures in the market.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive / HR Business Partner. The ideal candidate will excel in unstructured and regional corporate restructuring and consolidation work environments. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to restructure projects in transition, departments, and create a conducive work environment.

Show a keen interest in developing GCC regulatory knowledge and expertise, with existing knowledge being a distinct advantage.
Manage local HR offices and Public Relations Officer (PRO).
Oversee all day-to-day HR administration tasks, ensuring the accuracy and up-to-date nature of all employee and HR records.
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process.
Assist with monthly payroll processing and resolve Wages Protection System (WPS) payment issues.
Prepare job offer emails and employment offer contracts.
Coordinate with the PRO and immigration department regarding employment visas and other related work.
Take full responsibility for all annual leave and attendance records.
Induct new staff and oversee probationary periods.
Provide support in performance management processes.
Engage in Manpower Budgeting & Planning.
Resolve escalated employee grievances, employee relations issues, and complaints while conducting investigations in compliance with legal requirements.
Ensure that the company complies with the UAE Labour Law and Regulations.
5+ years of proven similar work experience
Excellent knowledge of UAE Labour Laws and Regulations
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or any relevant field.
Fluency is Arabic Language is desirable
Ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Possess a positive attitude, patience, and a focus on KPIs and goals.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and database usage.
Must be honest, report immediate issues, dependable, and capable of meeting deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Willingness to accommodate requests for support outside of regular business hours on occasion, with appropriate notice.
