Job Brief:
Our client, a leading exhibition stand design and fabrication company in Dubai, is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to expand their client base. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, pitching customized stand and kiosk solutions, and ensuring project delivery in line with client expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales and business development strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and approach potential clients from key sectors such as FMCG, tech, government, real estate, and events.
- Lead the sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing, including proposal preparation and contract negotiation.
- Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with design, production, and project teams to develop tailored proposals and ensure successful project delivery.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and strategic insights to senior management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the exhibition stand fabrication industry.
- Strong knowledge of materials, fabrication techniques, project timelines, and budgeting.
- Excellent client-facing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Good understanding of the exhibition and events market in the region.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
- Valid driving license is mandatory.
