- Market Entry & Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy tailored for the UAE market.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competition, and key industry trends.
- Business Development:
- Identify and secure partnerships with relevant stakeholders.
- Expand the brand’s footprint by targeting key accounts and fostering long-term relationships.
- Sales Execution:
- Achieve sales targets and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Implement pricing strategies and promotional plans to maximize profitability and market penetration.
- Brand Representation:
- Act as the face of the brand in the UAE, attending events, trade shows, and industry gatherings.
- Ensure brand consistency and uphold the company’s reputation for exclusivity.
- Team Leadership:
- Hire, train, and lead a high-performing sales team as the business scales.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
- Operational Oversight:
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth operations.
- Market Entry & Strategy Development:
Profile
- 5+ years of sales experience in fine fragrances with a proven track record of success.
- Mandatory Arabic or French proficiency
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE market, including key players, consumer behaviors, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong network within the fine fragrance industry in the UAE.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and handle ambiguity in a startup environment.
