SALES MANAGER – Dubai, N. Emirates & Oman

ARE YOU THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
The Sales Manager is responsible for managing a Sales Operations across a specified region as detailed below:
Focus on all Dubai, N. Emirates & Oman Accounts
Sales across all Mayflex products including the UK’s No. 1 structured cabling brand – Excel
Strategically working with vendors within N & S i.e. Business Plans, Forecasting, Consultant and End User approvals in conjunction with vendors
Business Development specifically in Dubai, N. Emirates & Oman
Solution Selling with the full Mayflex range in Infra, Networking & Security
Develop comprehensive business plans to meet the companys strategic objectives
Daily and weekly updates of the Business Reports (i.e. 30/60/90, Sales Call Plan, Project Pipeline, CRM, etc.)
Provide strategic vision, planning and operational leadership to ensure continued growth of companys market share, revenue and visual presence in the market, etc.
Working with Vendors and Mayflex UK Marketing team to co-ordinate seminars and training sessions whenever and wherever required
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING TO MAYFLEX?
Experience of working at a mid – senior level, with high levels of stakeholder management.
Proven above market growth achievements over a 3 year plus period
Able to bring value to the team through developing new business/customer acquisition, providing executive level support within accounts.
Ability to demonstrate logical decision making
Analytical, familiar with best CRM practice
Solid industry/ market knowledge with a drive to expand the Company share
Ability to deliver compelling presentations to customers on Mayflex products, solutions and services explaining key features and benefits
