Our client is a UAE established beverage brand which is available in the UAE and internationally.
We are recruiting a UAE experienced office administrator to join their Dubai head office team.
Role Summary
Manage office supplies, facilities maintenance, cleanliness and deliveries to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Manage license renewals and permits.
Support onboarding and offboarding employees, visa renewals, email set up and update Bayzat HR database.
Travel, diary and event management.
Sales, procurement and logistics support.
Meet and greet corporate visitors.
Mandatory Skills & Experience Required
4 5 years experience as an office administrator within an entrepreneurial environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and take the initiative to investigate and resolve issues appropriately and promptly.
Client relationship management with the ability to interact at all levels.
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Candidate Profile
Currently living in Dubai must be able to live and work in Dubai.
Fluent in English must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
Fluency in Tagalog is a strong advantage.
Pleasant personality with a customer focused approach, innovative, solution and detail oriented, discreet, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
