Employee relation management
Responsible for the accuracy and maintenance of Zoho People
Managing the implementation of company Policies and Procedures
Ensuring that the HR files and databases are maintained as per organizational guidelines
Monitoring of monthly payroll processing
Initiating, coordinating, and developing special projects and reports
Conducting exit interviews and ensure smooth colleague offboarding
Monitoring colleague retention and turnover rates
Initiating, coordinating, and developing special projects and reports

Requirements

Immediate availability
5 or more years in a similar role
Full English proficiency is required
Additional spoken languages are a plus
Excellent computer literacy is required e.g., MS Office, HR software
Experience with government relations activities
Very good knowledge of UAE labor legislation
