Job Title: HR- Account Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the executive search field, demonstrating expertise in recruitment, sales, business development, and workforce mobilization. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in building and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the seamless delivery of staffing solutions, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
2. Sales and Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the executive search and staffing services sector.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
3. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Collaborate with the recruitment team to source, screen, and present qualified candidates to clients.
Ensure the timely and successful placement of candidates, meeting both client and candidate expectations.
4. Workforce Mobilization:
Oversee the efficient deployment and mobilization of talent, managing logistics and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for placed candidates.
5. Market Research and Analysis:
Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform business strategies and enhance service offerings.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Account Manager within an executive search firm or staffing services organization.
Strong understanding of recruitment, sales, business development, and workforce mobilization processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with industry-specific technologies and tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
