As we continue to grow globally, we are seeking a highly-skilled Head of Sales to join our team.
About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales to lead and manage our sales efforts as we continue to grow globally. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to hit targets, scale distribution, and manage revenue in our cities. Additionally, you will lead the growth of the sales team, improve recruiting and training systems, and provide leadership and coaching for your team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals.
Proactively seek out new accounts to optimize revenue and engage with key corporate clients to grow relationships
Lead and manage a sales team across multiple geographies, ensuring their success through regular performance measurement and coaching
Stay informed on market trends and make recommendations for new products or services to drive growth
Collaborate with other departments to streamline the sales process and ensure a seamless customer experience
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management
Manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, sales activity using internal software or suggest other CRM for maximum efficiency and visibility.
Requirements
Qualification:
10+ years of sales experience, with a strong focus on management experience in high growth companies
Proven track record of success as a sales leader and consultative seller
Experience managing a team where data-driven insights drive business direction
Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment
Strong problem-solving and negotiating skills
Background in business travel or corporate housing sales is a plus
