IIQAF is seeking an administrative assistant to join our team! The administrative assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support for the daily operations of our fast-paced and ever-evolving organization. The keen individual should have an eye for detail, possess excellent organizational skills, and be able to multi-task with ease.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and attendees, answer phones, and greet clients
Track and respond to emails in a timely manner
Prepare and proofread communications, documents, presentations, reports, and other materials
Receive and sort mail, packages, and other deliveries
Assist with data entry tasks and maintain confidential records
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
Implement scheduling systems and maintain calendar
Manage office supplies and order stationery as needed
Assist with other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous administration experience preferred
Highly organized and efficient
Extremely detail-oriented and experienced in data entry
Good ability to prioritize tasks and switch between them
Solid communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and various computer applications
Spanish speaking a plus but not required
