Your Role International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!
In this role you will Secure Energy Solution order intake inline with financial objectives of organization, Monitor and analyze market trends in Energy Business in order to gain edge over competitors based in the UAE (Dubai) inTimely submission of offers and tenders to meet the customer requirements and emphasis on energy business development.
Responsible for Order Intake, Forecasting and net sale of Energy Business
Provide consultation to clients on topics of energy modeling, data logging, energy management control systems, lighting or day lighting design, sustainable design, and energy auditing
Sell with minimal supervision in energy offerings persuasively, persistently and confidently to property owners and/or their representatives to reach optimal profit levels.
Build long-term partnering relationships with the owner and/or their representatives responsible for the decision-making process to drive the sales. Actively listen, probe and identify concerns. Understand the customers needs. Demonstrate technical expertise to develop credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment
Positively and credibly influence strategies with owners. Frequently create competitive, high quality and timely estimates, proposals, and cost/benefit analysis. Negotiate value, address resistance and close the sale.
Your Qualifications And Skills Digital And Solid!
Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Certification in Energy Solutions
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Business Development & Sales Techniques
Advanced Knowledge of HVAC Controls
Knowledge Facility Management processes followed in the building industry
Knowledge on energy optimization in buildings
Working knowledge of MS office packages
Experience of Selling Energy Business and Performance Contracting
Responsibility of Energy Business and Performance Contracting; from business development to order booking
Experience of managing customers and venders
Experience of interacting with the Clients from different nationalities
Contacts (internal & External): External Customers, RSS SH Management, Technical & Commercial Team, Legal Team
