As a Revenue Manager – Hotel Operation you will join a committed revenue team, over 17 varied venues, driven with the intent of delivering ‘FIVE-star’ financial experiences to an international diaspora in the heart of vibrant Dubai.

As our ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a highly active environment. Your organizational, communication, and leadership skills are second to none and you enjoy developing guest solutions that break boundaries.

An outgoing, people-friendly personality with an ability to think on your feet during changing situations is also essential.

You’ll work closely with the management team to develop constantly evolving service goals.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure that defined rate quoting strategy is in place for the negotiated RFP season and potentially overlooking reservations section.
Review market trends and benchmark against competition.
Closely monitors competitors for shift in demand, rate and strategy.
Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting.
Drive revenue generating initiatives to optimize top line revenues.
Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances and budget comparisons.
Configure and manage key systems including revenue management system, central reservation system, property management system and the respective distribution platforms.
Maintains pricing integrity, check distribution channels regularly for hotel positioning, information accuracy and competitor positioning.
Identify areas needing improvement, competitors set strengths, and develop strategies to best capture available Market Share.
Communicates Revenue management strategies to Room Reservations team and other teams as required.
Analyze overall monthly hotel performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long term strategies.
Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacity.
Requirements

What We’re Looking For
Hands-on approach and flexibility with an inspired ‘can-do’ work attitude.
Commitment to delivering exceptional financial services with a passion.
Relevant degree, in Finance or related business discipline, from an academic institution or a professional qualification.
Minimum 2 years’ previous experience in a similar role, in a five-star luxury or premium hotel property.
Effective management skills (upwards and downwards) and the willingness to coach and train others.
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
An ability to be proactive and find creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and tasks assigned by adjusting job scope as required.
Revenue management skills with an analytical mindset, accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong working knowledge of computer systems such as: PMS, Opera, CRS, GDS, RMS and MS Office Suite.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a necessity.
