Sales Manager Full Time

The Mission Of The Successful Candidate Will Be To

• Lead the development and expansion of the High-Pressure Air Compressor business across the region within the PET Market Segment, engaging with both end users and PET packaging solutions providers to drive growth and market penetration
• Drive business growth in the General Industry High-Pressure market segment, targeting key sectors such as Industrial Gas Manufacturing, Metal Processing, Healthcare, and Food Processing.
• Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand into emerging markets, including Carbon Capture and Hydrogen Compression, leveraging new technologies and industry trends to enhance market presence.
• Coordinate with colleagues from within the direct organization; product companies and the distributor organization to train and improve the market reach and obtain leads.
• Develop and maintain a close relationship with CTS, distributors, end users and contractors with an aim to bringing rapid growth to both high pressure and cooling businesses.
• Organize events and lunch & learn with the customers to ensure Atlas Copco remains First in mind, first in choice.
• Coordinate with the management both local and divisional and bring feedback from the market on both opportunities and threats with regards to both high pressure compression and industrial cooling business.
• Consistent use of CRM implementation (C4C) of all sales and marketing activities to ensure accurate market information and customer database.

To succeed, you will need

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and Business Development of high-pressure compressors & Gas Booster.
• Market Experience in PET Market or Gas Compression Market is a plus.
• Product Knowledge of High-pressure Air & Gas Product portfolio is preferred .
• Strong communication and organisational skills are a must.
• Multi-cultural exposure in global business-related projects is a strong plus.

Knowledge and Competences

• Good command (verbal and written) of English.
• Working knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity and experience to deal and negotiate contracts with high value orders.

Educational Requirements

University Degree in Engineering
