Role Overview

We are hiring a Project Manager to lead and deliver data-centric projects, including AI, data platforms, and analytics initiatives. You will be the bridge between our clients and technical teams — managing timelines, budgets, and quality while ensuring the delivered outcome is valuable and meaningful to the client. More than a traditional PM, you are also a Success Manager, invested in building long-term partnerships by identifying continuous value and creating impact beyond the project scope.

This role demands a self-managed, highly organized professional who follows up, follows through, and brings structure, clarity, and leadership — without needing to be managed.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead full-cycle project execution across data, analytics, and AI domains
• Ensure projects are delivered on scope, on time, on budget, and with high quality, achieving measurable value
• Apply best practices and project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, PMBOK, Scrum)
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using structured verification techniques, in accordance with standard project management processes such as change control boards, impact assessments, and formal approval workflows
• Serve as the primary liaison with client stakeholders, including executive levels
• Act as a Client Success Manager during project delivery to ensure value realization, gather continuous feedback from stakeholders, and identify areas for enhancement or extended collaboration.
• Build strong, trust-based strategic relationships that foster long-term collaboration and client confidence
• Coordinate with internal and external technical teams, tracking tasks and deliverables with precision
• Report progress and risks clearly and regularly to both internal teams and clients
• Lead teams by example, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and shared ownership across all functions
• Encourage collaboration and trust within the team to ensure everyone contributes to achieving the project goals
• Oversee procurement-related responsibilities such as managing vendor contracts, tracking invoicing milestones, and ensuring timely collection and processing of client payments.

Requirements

• Strong written communication skills, including project documentation and formal correspondence.
• Demonstrated integrity and ethical judgment, with a commitment to confidentiality and data protection.
• Based in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing data-related, AI, or software consulting projects.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage complex projects without supervision.
• Familiarity with value-driven delivery or success management practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with government or corporate clients in the Gulf region
• Exposure to top officials or C-level stakeholders
• Experience conducting post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar
