Assistant Manager Full Time

• Client Engagement Consultative Selling
• Conduct client meetings (virtual and onsite) to present Zimyo’s HRMS solutions.
• Understand HR processes and pain points to recommend customized product modules.
• Deliver product walkthroughs, demos and POCs in collaboration with the solutions team.
• Build long-term relationships through consistent engagement and value delivery.
• Sales Strategy Pipeline Management
• Execute lead generation campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
• Own the entire sales cycle: from discovery and proposal to negotiation and closure.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline aligned with monthly and quarterly targets.
• Market Research Local Insights
• Stay up to date with HR tech trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity in the Middle East.
• Provide client feedback and regional insights to product and marketing teams.
• Reporting CRM Ownership
• Maintain accurate sales data and activities in the CRM system.
• Share weekly and monthly performance reports with leadership, along with actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or Marketing. MBA preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in SaaS or HR tech.
• Strong understanding of the HR landscape in the GCC/UAE region.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and productivity software (MS Office).
• Prior experience working with or selling HR software is a strong plus.
