What You Will Do

Represent and uphold the Four Seasons brand promise in all client and industry engagements.
Promote the hotel’s luxury offerings to FIT leisure segments including tour operators, OTAs, wholesalers, and concierge services.
Proactively identify and secure new FIT leisure business opportunities across key international and domestic markets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key travel advisors, agencies, and industry partners.
Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and entertainment activities to drive engagement and loyalty.
Attend global and regional trade shows, sales missions, and industry events to increase brand visibility and market reach.
Analyze market trends, booking patterns, and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
Create and execute tailored sales strategies to maximize transient leisure revenue and optimize RevPAR.
Collaborate with Revenue Management and Marketing to align promotional offers and rate strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data in CRM systems to support targeted sales efforts.
Prepare and deliver timely reports, forecasts, and sales performance analysis.
Ensure seamless communication and coordination across hotel departments to support client satisfaction and service excellence.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
Exercise discretion and independent judgment in managing client relationships and closing business deals

What You Will Bring

A highly motivated individual and great team player
Luxury hotel Sales preferred (minimum of 3 years) or 3 – 5 or operational hotel experience
Experience with Corporate Segment preferably in the UAE
An excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
Strong planning and organizing skill
Proven record of sales achievements
Experience with cluster / multi-properties is an advantage
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
