Role Purpose:
Elevate Le Clos’ sales and net profits through exceptional client service and personal sales achievements, creating memorable experiences for clients across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding service to clients, ensuring a welcoming and proactive approach to meet their needs efficiently.
Consistently achieve personal and store sales targets by employing effective client engagement, networking, and upselling techniques.
Actively build and maintain a client network, leveraging client details to enhance sales opportunities and engagement.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
A minimum of 3 years in the Hospitality industry, Customer Service, Retail Sales, or a client-facing role.
Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
A proactive and engaging approach, with a keen interest in the wine and spirits industry and a continuous drive to enhance product knowledge and professional skills.
Ability to meet sales targets and KPIs, with a client-centric mindset and a commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of HNWI clients.
Flexibility to work shifts, including day, night, overnight, as well as on public holidays.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
In addition to fluency in the English language, proficiency in additional languages such as Korean, Arabic, French, Mandarin or Russian is preferred.
WSET 2 in Wines or Spirits
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
