OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the EMEA Sales Director, your mission will be to develop sales in the Middle East across all distribution channels: own/franchise boutiques, department store corners, personalized spaces in multi-brand boutiques, concept stores, and online shops.
In this role:
– You will contribute to implementing the commercial strategy in the assigned region to achieve set objectives.
– You will participate in budget planning and ensure revenue and P&L tracking. You will negotiate and adjust business plans annually for each market and forecast sales in collaboration with clients, covering both catalog products and new launches.
– You will leverage your negotiation and prospecting skills to open new markets and doors. You will manage and monitor an existing portfolio of distributors and retailers.
– You will negotiate the best commercial conditions for the brand and contribute to drafting commercial contracts.
– With a strong analytical mindset and a data-driven approach, you will establish effective monthly sales reporting systems to analyze performance (sell-in/sell-out) and propose improvements to action plans.
– As an expert in your region, you will visit each market regularly (at least 50% of your time, more for strategic locations). You will be on the ground, defending the brand’s interests and strengthening relationships with partners.
– You will act as a coach throughout the region, training, recruiting, and energizing the sales force among all our partners.
– You will negotiate, and implement an annual operational marketing plan for each market to maximize brand visibility, build its image, and enhance its reputation for optimal sales across online and offline channels (pop-ups, events, sampling, GWP campaigns, etc.).
– You will ensure effective reporting to your management on all commercial, marketing, communication, and press activities in your region, providing the right information at the right time. You will also share best practices with colleagues during plenary meetings.
