The Role:

We are looking for a Front Desk Executive to provide high-quality administrative support to our team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by managing a variety of administrative tasks, acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, and ensuring seamless coordination across functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all front desk duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing them to the appropriate person.
• Draft correspondence and create PowerPoint presentations.
• Manage and organize office supplies and inventory, ensuring smooth operations.
• Coordinate team meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as needed.
• Arrange travel bookings and ensure office assets are monitored and maintained.
• Maintain document management and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support internal and external stakeholders with administrative tasks related to project delivery.
• Proactively assist with the organization of company events, team-building activities, and other administrative support as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduate in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a corporate administrative role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage competing demands and work independently.
• Prior experience in a similar role within a multinational environment is an advantage.
