Whom are we looking for?
Proven leadership or management experience in a real estate brokerage or related field.
Strong training and coaching skills, with a track record of improving team performance.
A solid understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and the ability to set, track, and achieve them.
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including trends, regulations, and competition.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
A customer-focused approach, with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Proficiency in real estate software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
What do we expect you to do?
Lead and manage a team of real estate brokers, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
Provide regular guidance, support, and feedback to team members.
Develop and implement team strategies to achieve sales and revenue goals.
Create and conduct training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the team.
Develop training materials, including best practices, market trends, and legal regulations.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team and individual agents.
Participate in the recruitment process by identifying and interviewing potential candidates.
Assist in onboarding new team members and help them integrate into the company culture.
Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, local regulations, and industry best practices.
Prepare regular reports on team performance, training outcomes, and KPI achievement for senior management.
