Provide exceptional service and support to the internal Sales Community and to our valued clients by providing timely and accurate assistance, resolving inquiries and building strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the overall experience.
Manage and follow up of the fragrance shipments for international clients for their evaluation.
Solving queries from clients and proactively anticipate improvements that could be done.
Get involved in internal projects to maximize Customer Service impact, like Internal Marketing Products, Olfactive Trainings, Logistics projects, Sales activities, and Digital Transformation.
Deliver administrative support to the Marketing team to prepare product presentations and support the Sales Team organizing client visits.
Getting fragrance samples ready for client visits, coordinating its production with the Fragrance Laboratory.
Support for the Sales Community on registering clients non-conformities, overdue follow up, Follow up customer payments, generating reports and monitor department indicators.
Keep updated our SAP system on all the information related to orders, clients and technical documents.
Lease with the Regulatory department in order to prepare regulatory documentation needed for the client.
Experience required (and minimum years of experience):
Bring up to 3 years experience in Customer Service, preferably within fragrance industry or similar.
