Your Role International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!
In this role you will responsible for execution of service agreements for assigned Building Management Systems installed at customer’s premises to the satisfaction of the customer. Drive digitalization initiatives by transforming conventional services to Digital Services with the support of Digital Service Centre.

Perform Preventive and Corrective maintenance, risk assessment and resource management activities in relation to the service agreements.
Regularly update customer about attended service call, suggest improvement measures, introduce latest solution & service offerings and receive customer feedback to ensure effective life cycle support.
Update service sales and management on necessary updates, upgrades, improvement measures and service business opportunities
Digital Service Centre to implement digital tools and execute Digital Services.
Keep updated on latest BMS software, Technologies and tools by attending necessary trainings and workshops.
Strict adherence to Siemens quality standards and EHS guideline with zero tolerance.
Gain and inculcate Siemens values and service culture within a team to develop a service team.
Your Qualifications And Skills Digital And Solid!
Degree/Diploma in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
5 to 6 years of experience of HVAC Controls, PLC & Building Management System
Experience of managing Service Agreements from start and continue renewing them
Experience of interacting with the Clients from different nationalities specifically in the Middle East
Proficiency in written and spoken English,
Hands on experience in application software and MS Office.
