About The Role

As a Bellman, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by delivering warm, professional, and efficient service throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and engaging service to guests during arrival, stay, and departure in line with Shangri-La standards.
• Assist guests with luggage handling, including loading/unloading from vehicles and delivering to rooms, while explaining room facilities.
• Confirm the number of luggage pieces with guests to ensure accurate tagging and timely delivery or pickup.
• Report any damage observed on luggage immediately and ensure luggage is never left unattended.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the lobby area by promptly reporting any housekeeping or engineering issues to the relevant department.

About You

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a 5-star or international hotel in a similar role.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Able to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
• Possesses a pleasant, cheerful personality with strong guest service skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to meet hotel operational requirements.
