JOB TITLE
Assistant Personal Shopper – THAT Concept Store | MAF Lifestyle | Operations
ROLE SUMMARY
The role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the VIP department and provide administrative support to the Client Relations Manager and the Personal Shoppers through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The individual must be proficient in handling HVC as well as POS transactions, updating Rota and client transactions, demonstrate in-depth knowledge of operational compliance requirements, and ensure all duties are completed accurately.
ROLE PROFILE
Responsible for the overall administrative support of the Personal Shopping department ensuring that there are adequate supplies, organization, hygiene in line with compliance guidelines.
Update the Activity Tracker of Transaction of HVC. Filling in all details related to the amounts spent, names, dates…etc.
Clientelling: document and inform the operations team about the checkout of stock chosen by the PS to the clients and ensure the return of stock and handle payments when needed.
Submit all expenses related to the VIP department corporate credit card on a regular basis.
Responsible for all the deliveries for clients purchases, whether they were through a special request or in-store visit.
Place special orders for all VIP for items that are not in the store by coordinating with the planning team.
Assists in sending payment links through the MAF portal allowing customer options of payments.

REQUIREMENTS
High School Certificate
2+ years in retail, or secretarial experience
Excellent to Fluent English
Flexible regarding Rotational Shifts
