Job Description
The Account Executive is involved with day-to-day support of client projects by drafting materials (i.e. stakeholder engagement plans, briefing documents, intelligence reports, executive positioning) and by conducting and analyzing research on a variety of client-related issues. The Account Executive is responsible for coordinating client meetings and events, and working on client deliverables under the supervisor of a Consultant or assigned account manager.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
Account Executive Duties:
Prepares customized credential packages for prospective clients, highlighting APCO capabilities, relevant case studies, and high-level industry notes and observations (which requires a minimal review by project managers)
Drafts complete initial proposals for client work
Participates actively in internal and client meetings, offering knowledgeable observations and suggestions
Is able to maintain email/telephone contacts with clients as needed, without requiring a supervisor to intervene on routine matters
Contributes to and prepares the public affairs or communications related material with minimal guidance and review by managers
Client Relationship Management Duties
Develops understanding of client issues through research and monitoring of relevant issues
Demonstrates a strong client service ethic
Effectively contributes to client account
Responds to requests from team in timely manner
Communicates proactively with project manager and team on status of deliverables/assignments

Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Mass Communication, International Relations, Public Relations or Equivalent
1-2 years of relevant experience
Experience in dealing with the Healthcare sector is a plus
Work Conditions
The physical abilities needed to perform the duties of this position, in addition to the office climate:
Office environment is general office setting
Some travel may be required
Must reside in Dubai or be willing to relocate
