Concordia DMCC Integrated Facility Management is excited to announce jobs for skilled workers for the following roles including:
- MEP Technician
- Junior MEP Supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Appropriate FM Certificates or Qualifications (ITI/Diploma).
- Candidates with minimum of 5 years of experience in Facilities Management Operation.
- Candidates with experience in FM services within residential or commercial towers.
- Candidates with experience working with Owners Association Management will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance.
- Having good communication and teamwork skills.
- Candidates on visit visa or cancelled visa are highly preferred.
