Your Role, Responsibilities & Skill Set Requirement
Shall have very good understanding of Middle East Market
Shall be Team player with clear understanding of working in multi-cultural environment.
Demonstrate complete understanding of Electrical Networks in Power Distribution particularly in MV 11kV to 33kV networks.
Have in-depth knowledge of Air Insulated and Gas Insulated Switchgear (Up to 33kV)
Demonstrating accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives for the Power Transmission, Distribution & Infrastructure business.
Knowledge of proposing digitalization solutions will be an advantage.
Follow defined business processes that meet business needs across the organization.
Self-driven individual with clear goal in achieving aggressive growth target.
Build and enhance customer relationships focusing on customer centricity.
Developing customer strategies, campaign plans, and contribute to their execution.
Preparing/coordinating and negotiating proposals in cooperation with proposal mgmt /
Business Administration, Execution teams within the Business Unit which enables flawless performance throughout the sales cycle.
Customer satisfaction evaluations, plans, and follow through.
Demonstration of commercial and technical expertise in specific market.
Drive core sales strategy and growth initiatives within the region.
Evolve various business models like JVs/Silent Consortium/Open Consortium options depending on the Customer requirements.
Open to new learnings / technologies
Work closely with local agent for Dubai & Northern Emirates.
Planning sales volumes and potentials of customers in Dubai & Northern Emirates..
Providing information via CRM tools for forecasts and planning.
Your Qualifications And Experience
Candidate should be a graduate Electrical engineer with 15 to 20 years of techno-commercial sales experience (predominantly in Middle East) in handling various products, systems and solutions covering Medium voltage switchgears (AIS/GIS), Control & Relay Panels, Sub-station automation and communication equipment. He/She shall be an individual contributor.
The ideal candidate must have good experience in handling End customers from all segments of Utility, Industry, Infrastructure both direct as well as thru EPC / Channel partners.
