About You
We are looking for luxury SPA and Wellness professionals with at least 1 year experience in a supervisory role who can demonstrate:
- Good understanding of Forbes service standards and how to apply them in daily operations
- Experience working with CRM systems – background in reception and customer service would be ideal, as well as ability to manage guest preferences and feedback
- Strong knowledge of SOPs and ability to follow and implement them consistently
- Confidence in leading a team, supporting daily operations, and assisting in training and motivating staff
- Excellent communication and people skills, both with guests and team members
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Flexibility and hands-on approach to work, with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to handle guest feedback professionally and ensure high levels of satisfaction al all time
Preference for candidates who speak Russian, French, Italian, Chinese, or German.
