About The Role

As an Administrator, Talent Acquisition, you will assist the Talent Acquisition team with secretarial support and co-ordination of all administrative and recruitment related issues within the department. You will specifically assist the Manager, Talent Acquisition with all administration and all administration related matters and assist in organising recruitment trips for the talent Acquisition team, including the coordination between ground agents and Atlantis, for example, sending job order, obtaining visas (if required), liaise with the travel department in regards to flight tickets, hotel reservation and transportation. Other duties will include ensuring that applicants and recruitment agents are provided with timely feedback – candidate management, ensuring that all appropriate correspondence is produced, and all records are maintained in RAMCO, and ensuring the smooth running and administration of the Recruitment module in RAMCO.
You will also manage document control following up on outstanding candidate documents for candidate visa applications and assist with all recruitment related administration issues and with compilation of adverts for various advertising platforms.
About You
The successful Administrator, Talent Acquisition candidate will ideally have a relevant bachelors degree or diploma in HR, hospitality management, or a business administration field, as well as 1-2 years experience within an administration position within talent acquisition/recruitment. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Word. You will have exceptional communication skills, being fluent in English, both written and spoken.
