IIQAF is searching for an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the entire organization, with a focus on the daily operations and functional support to the management team.
Primary Job Responsibilities Include
Providing administrative support to management team
Maintaining staff attendance records and timesheets
Answering phones and directing calls
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, including booking conference rooms and setting up audio-visual equipment
Managing travel arrangements
Preparing reports, presentations, and internal documents as needed
Assisting with the management of IT systems such as updating access to systems, ordering hardware/software
Managing stationary orders and office supplies
Assisting with event planning
Managing office communications
To be successful, you should have excellent organizational skills and be able to multi-task. We welcome creative individuals and those with the ability to think outside the box.
Qualifications
Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field
At least one year of relevant experience in a similar role
Detail-oriented and organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Ability to work with a team as well as independently
Proven problem-solving skills
