Black & Grey HR is currently recruiting for our client, an established interior Fit-out & Contracting company based in Dubai, UAE. Our client specialises in providing comprehensive turnkey solutions for a wide range of interior fit-out projects. With a strong focus on Hospitality and F&B Retail projects, our client delivers exceptional quality and craftsmanship to meet their customers diverse requirements.

Responsibilities

Actively promote and sell our clients comprehensive interior fit-out solutions, catering to the specific needs of the Hospitality and F&B Retail sectors, among others.
Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations to showcase the breadth and depth of our clients offerings and build enduring relationships with customers.
Utilize your expertise in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and installation instructions, ensuring accurate comprehension of project specifications.
Develop innovative sales strategies and tactics to achieve consistently or exceed sales targets within the designated sectors.
Stay well-informed about new projects and emerging business opportunities in the UAE market, covering a wide range of projects in the Hospitality, Retail, Offices, Healthcare, and Residential sectors.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and decision-makers, to effectively pursue and convert sales leads.
Identify and engage with key influencers within customer organizations, devising action plans to strengthen relationships and drive sustainable sales growth.
Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, promptly resolving customer issues, addressing complaints, and incorporating valuable feedback to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction

Requirements

Hold a bachelors degree and possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar interior fit-out sales role within the UAE.
Previous experience in the construction or interior fit-out industry, with a specific focus on delivering successful projects in the Hospitality and F&B Retail sectors.
Proven track record in the UAE market, showcasing a well-established network of contacts and relationships with consultants, contractors, joineries, and other industry professionals across all emirates.
Possess a valid UAE driving license.
