We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our one of our client . The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. Job Description
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Actively search for new sales prospects through various channels, including market research, outbound calls, and emails.
Identify potential clients and initiate contact to introduce them to client services.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Provide exceptional customer service and act as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of client products and services through presentations and product demonstrations.
Articulate how Client can address the specific data extraction needs of potential clients.
Consultative Selling:
Understand client’s needs and business challenges and recommend tailored data extraction solutions to address those needs effectively.
CRM Management:
Regularly update and maintain client and lead information in our HubSpot CRM system. Ensure all interactions, deals, and communication history are accurately recorded and up-to-date.
Negotiation and Closing:
Led the negotiation process, drafted proposals, and secured client commitments to close deals successfully.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities using our CRM system.
Sales Targets and Performance:
Work towards achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets and quotas.
Track and report on sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress using CRM tools.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Provide feedback to the team on market insights and client requirements.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Collaborate with the Sales Team and other departments as needed to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Share feedback, best practices, and insights to contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in sales with at least one year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technology or data-related industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Knowledge of data-related products or solutions is a plus.
