About The Role
Do you have a passion for sales? Do you love over exceeding targets and pursuing new and exciting business opportunities? Then our sales division is awaiting your application today! As a Manager, Sales – Europe, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and developing new accounts from the European leisure markets and be responsible for growing and maintaining share of inbound leisure markets from assigned account markets, whilst also contracting and developing relationships with local DMCS and international operators.
Another key aspect to the role will be introducing Atlantis the Royal as a new product to the accounts and ensure showcasing the property through product experience visits (site inspections, FAM trips), as well as building and fostering collaborative relationships with other departments within the organisation to stay informed and abreast of new initiatives, products, and services. You will contribute to the preparation of the department budget and monitor the financial performance of a given area versus the budget so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon.
About You
The successful Sales Manager – Europe will have 1-2 years previous experience minimum, working within a 5-star resort/hotel at Manager level handling a European leisure market. Speaking an additional European language will also be essential to the role, and experience working eastern European markets will be hugely advantageous, as well as possessing good spoken and written English.
You will also possess a flair for sales, having a passion to increase all sales opportunities whilst applying your strong negotiation skills, complemented by your ability to develop and build rapport with prospective clients.
