Our client is one of the reputed Wellness Centres. They are looking for wellness or spa Manager with Doctorate in Ayurveda /Naturopathy for a Luxurious wellness Sanctuary in Dubai.

Candidates with rich knowledge in managing and operating day to day operations of a wellness centre. The offering comprises different healing modalities and Vegan food.

Duties And Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the day-to-day Health and Wellness Operations and overseeing the Spa Front of House.
Monitors and enforces the Spa and Health Wellness policies, processes, and procedures.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, supervision and performance of the Front of House Spa and Health and Wellness personnel.
Conduct service standards training which are consistent with Carillon Miami Wellness Resort, Forbes Travel Guide, and Leading Hotel of the World; respond to and resolve guest/resident/club members and/or team member complaints in a timely manner and creatively solve problems with the ability to anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and resolve potential difficulties.
Manage the Health and Wellness budget, including payroll and expenses, and supervision of all aspects of services and inventory control.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge about Spa Services and Health and Wellness by remaining current with trends in the industry.
Acts as a liaison between Health & Wellness Partners/Practitioners, Wellness Concierge, Wellness Reservations Specialist & Spa Staff and for arriving guests.
Assist in developing Wellness Retreat Programs.
Assist in renewing Practitioner contracts and providing new contracts to new partners.
Maintain proper records of licensing and certificates of insurance.
Manages the practitioners schedules.
Coordinate trainings and events with practitioners/partners and Carillon team members.
Assist guests in scheduling Health and Wellness services and create customized treatment plans.
Requirements

Requirements:

Ø Experience as a wellness centre / luxury Spa Manger period of 3 years and above.

Ø DHA Registered – Doctorate in Ayurveda / Naturopathy.

Ø Should be well groomed & Professional.

Ø Physically fit and BMI within normal range.

Ø Guest Consultations and recommending appropriate therapies & lifestyle.

Ø In depth knowledge of Spa and wellness therapies, Spa retail, Yoga and Veganism.

Ø Strong selling skills, mentoring skills and financial acumen.

Ø Eye for detail to maintain high standard of hygiene and operations.

Ø A good communicator.

Ø Eagerness to learn and grow.

Ø Strong team leader & Service oriented.
