To manage and organize all aspects of warehousing (3PL, HDC & Stockiest) and to ensure that all operational procedures and processes are in place to meet Company objectives. Managing a dynamic team including Supervisors & Storekeepers. Coordinating operations between them to ensure streamlined operations, reported progress on the same to the national warehouse manager.
Responsibilities
Daily review of 3PL, stockiest and HDC services. Highlight any deviations from SLA, company policy and regulations.
Verify service charges by 3Pl and HDC service providers.
Ensuring maintaining cost as per AOP across all locations
Scheduling work for the warehouse with maximum utilization of available resources.
Oversee warehouse facility, stock housekeeping and site security
Comply with all audit requirements including COSO test effectiveness.
Monitoring KPIs and take corrective actions for deviations from standards.
Motivating, organizing, and encouraging the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met.
Build AOP requirements and track expenses. Plan actions to mitigate any demand fluctuations in terms of storage and handling capacities.
Compliance to ERP standard of Incident Reporting and Investigation in terms of reporting time, quantity and quality of the reports and investigation including documentation and corrective/preventive actions implementation.
To implement, sustain and participate in the continual improvement of the OH&S Management System (MS) at area of responsibility in accordance to the legislations, PepsiCo GEHSMS and relevant EHS standards, ensuring proper controls for all hazards and risks associated with all activities/areas are in place and OH&S targets are achieved.
Qualifications
Bachelors in engineering / Finance faculty
Min 7 years experience in warehouse, preferably in FMCGS.
Problem solving and analytical thinking skills
Strong Logistics skills.
Math oriented skills.
Strong Leadership, preferably 1-2 years managerial experience
Strong / Clear Communication and presentation skills
