Job Description

Join our affiliate TotalEnergies Renewables Development Middle East (TERDME) in Dubaï!

Reporting

Your missions will be:
Assisting in preparation of monthly reporting including preparation of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet etc;
Assisting in extraction of GL data from SAP and preparation of reports. Monitor WBS and cost centre;
Preparation of journal vouchers, accruals, making schedules, clearing and related works;
Coordination with different teams and departments for reporting related activities;
Helping with preparation of IFRS schedules;
Helping with preparation of bank reconciliation statement;
Analysis And Cost Monitoring
Preparation and monitoring of monthly Opex, Capex and balance sheet analysis;
Assisting in conducting detailed analysis of different cost categories of the company;
Assisting in monitoring project cost incurred and comparison with budget;
Conducting various analysis for different financial parameters and preparation of dashboards for management;
Assisting in preparation of different MIS;
Budget And Long-Term Plan (LTP)
Assisting in preparation of Annual Budget, Seasonalization and LTP for the company;
Coordinate with other functions of Finance and other departments to ensure completeness of the requirements for Budgeting and LTP work;
Conducting analysis to help with Budget and LTP work;
Assisting in annual audit for the affiliates.

Master’s Degree in Finance

Technical Skills

Understanding of IFRS rules, GAAP, accounting principles

Understanding of controlling activities, closing and maintaining of books of accounts

Computing Skills

Knowledge of PackOffice ans SAP
