Our client operates a leading small luxury resort in Oman. It is part of an international chain, renowned for luxury & sophistication.

The resort offers a choice of luxury accommodation, together with several restaurants & bars, spa & recreation facilities and much more – all you would expect in an award-winning luxury property…

They now seek a skilled and polished Training Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the ideal candidate will have a background in Small, High-end Luxury Resorts.

The ideal candidate will already be a Training Manager, looking to join an expanding luxury resort chain.

Other requirements and position information are as follows: –

Formal/Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and/or significant work experience in HR for a luxury hotel/resort
A minimum of 2 years Human Resources and/or Training experience
Good all-round knowledge of Human Resource functions and administration
You will have great communication & inter-personal skills
Strong training skills
Above average planning and organisational ability
Strong command of English (verbal/written) is essential – other languages (particularly Arabic) would be helpful…

Experience of working in remote or island locations and the Middle East would be an advantage but is not essential.
