Our client is a research-based biopharmaceutical company headquartered in America.
They are looking for a Trade Operations Assistant to join their team in Dubai for a 1-year contract project (Extendable).
The hired person would be working closely with the Trade Ops Manager & General Manager.
Experience: 3-5 Years
Position Objective:
Responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Trade Operations activities, to ensure appropriate scheduling, routing, and delivery of orders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This role is to comply, record and track data related to supply processes inventory levels requests for quotations tender performance prices Keep a record of purchase orders received against the demand plan and budget plan.
Performs basic analysis of information or data to support Trade operations activities.
Escalates deviations in process or product to Trade Ops Ass. Director, to ensure on-time corrective action and mitigation is performed (supply processes, inventory levels, requests for quotations, returns)
Provides support in the recording of deviations in standard processes in a tracker (shipping and supply process, inventory management, product complaints, returns).
Maintain and manage data filing systems with regular archiving. Under supervision, provides backup assistance to the trade operation role.
SFDA filing – Quarterly reports
Post-event documentation To be completed after every event & submitted to the GM.
All filing in CRM and hard copies
VAT filing sheet to be prepared every month.
Updating the org chart as and when needed.
Requirements:
Prior experience in an administrative assistant position. Solid Computer skills with Excel, word, and outlook Skills and the ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
