Key Responsibilities

Support Surgeons and nurses in Orthopedic Sports Medicine surgeries in operation theater
Assist in the attainment of established sales goals including market share objectives
Assist in implementing market development and field marketing activities
Schedule appointments and makes sales presentations to customers
Develop customer and product focused presentation packages for sales
Coordinate Professional Education activities to enhance the knowledge of Healthcare professionals
Make regular visits to customer locations to capture information on orders and market conditions
Perform contract and/or tender management activities
Manage assigned territory while operating within an assigned budget
Check with logistics to ensure product availability
Implement national, regional and local promotional activities that are designed to advance sales in specific product lines or areas
Follow up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction
Assist in making sales forecasts for business planning by account and submits to management
Prepare sales reports and documents as required
Relay relevant market information to management
Train surgeons and nurses on Orthopedic Sports Medicine instrumentation and Machines through extensive workshops and demos.
Job Qualifications

Bachelor Degree (Life Sciences preferred)
Strong technical Orthopedics and Sports Medicine skills
Experience and Skills:

Ideally 2-3 years of Sales experience within Orthopedics and Sports Medicine area
High level target commitment
Proven track record in Sports Medicine, penetration, conversion and achieving BP
Excellent Orthopedics customer relationship
Knowledge of UAE market is preferred
Strong financial acumen
Compliant and CREDO driven person
Other:

Language requirements – proficiency in English
100% field based position
Travel percentage – 10%
