About The Role
We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Personal Trainer to join our fastest growing and most strategically focused segment of the business – Home Consumer.
The role boasts variety with a key focus on new customers attractions and training, giving them advices and suggestions to use our products at the best. Being in contact with customers through all remote channels (phone, chat, email, mainly), this role would suit an expert in physical exercise, with athletic and sport preparation and experienced in home fitness product and solutions
Supporting the Inside Sales team, you will have a crucial role in developing and maintaining long-term customers relationships. You are an achievement-driven professional, a strong team player, and with exceptional relationship skills.
Responsibilities
Pre-Sales support: manage customers enquires about training and products, supporting the sale process, through all channels (phone chat e mail). He/she will support customers to choose the best products for their needs, answer questions about exercises, training programs, content, classes, sessions
Post-Sales caring call (Automatic Journey Outbound Caring Customers): he/she will contact customers who purchased a Technogym equipment to surprise them, checking if they have connected the console, if they are using the Technogym App, if they know how to set up the products, etc., and giving them all helpful advice and suggestions to use our products at the best.
Manage all the E-commerce Orders to do a Welcome Call and Order Confirmation Upsell additional product and offer personalised value-added premium services (remote coach). Also, to profile and to complete the Marketing Attributes in our CRM (SFDC).
Renew Digital Subscription and Service Agreement
Guarantee a precise and reliable data in company CRM system avoiding rework and inefficiency
Guarantee a precise and timely orders processing coming from Teleselling HOME (IT) with a Premium Customer Experience
Maintain the TG Care Activities, collecting customers feedback, assisting to any enquires, managing post-delivery survey to assess customers satisfaction and proactively acting to solve any issue with the customer
Teleselling team continuous training on products and physical training programs
Requirements
3-5 years experience as Personal Trainer in a structured organization environment
BA/BS degree in Sports Science, Biomechanics, Exercise Physiology or Personal Training
Accredited with Professional Body such as the Register of Exercise Professionals
CRM systems knowledge (SAP recommended)
Open and confident with all training principles
Fluent in English (mandatory), Arabic language is a plus
An excellent communicator with ability to communicate remotely
Knowledge of Technogym products and solutions
Knowledge of the fitness industry
Passion for design, luxury goods, fashion, made in Italy, art, sports and wellness lifestyle
Entrepreneurial approach
Strong leadership which inspires colleagues and customers
Team management with high degree of empathy
Ability to create and cultivate a network
Passion for sports, enthusiasm, humility, pro-activity, and ethics complete the desired profile
