About The Team

The Supply Squad is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to take charge of our supply platform. In this role, you will work closely with internal clients, including other product squads, to provide exceptional services and enable the development of new tools. Your main focus will be to understand the requirements for a high-quality property, devise strategies for handling data, and optimize the platform’s architecture for the development of other squads.

Responsibilities
Developing an in-depth understanding of the current platform, the types of supply, and the acquisition methods. Additionally, you will need to identify the capabilities needed to enable other squads to develop their products in the short and long term
Understanding the needs of technical stakeholders, such as downstream services integration or data processing, both today and in the future
Responsible for planning and validating experimental technologies that can provide advanced capabilities and push the boundaries of the experience, such as image processing or property scoring
Driving the planning and delivery process for features across multiple platforms, multiple teams, varying customer needs, and timelines
Acting as a subject matter expert PM for the supply platform and serving as the evangelist for the team with internal and external customers and partners

Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in tech companies
Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross-functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (e.g., design, legal), and guide the team through key milestones
Strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills
Experience gathering requirements across diverse areas and users and developing them into a product solution

Nice to have:
Experience working on projects involving data architecture
Engineering background
Experience working with real estate domain.
