We are looking for a Technical Administrator with a track record in document administration across engineering & construction industries to join our thriving team in Dubai.
This fast-paced role offers an excellent opportunity to work across various administration tasks in an efficient, reliable, accurate and timely manner. Reporting to the head of Commissioning, this role will be working on the implementation of the policy and procedures related to Contract and Commercial Management in AESG and to ensure quality and consistency across the group.

Key Accountabilities and Activities:
Review RFP documentation to assess whether the received information is sufficient to tender
Establish the project details including project role, duration and scope of work
Highlight relevant information and areas of concern
Edit draft proposal documents
Complete draft deployment schedule
Save all files in the correct location
Track submitted bids and update records on the related tracker
Assist with presentation preparation for submitted bids
Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records
Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents and presentations
Liaising with internal departments including Bids and Operations
Making travel arrangements for Head of division
Overseeing travel arrangements for commissioning team, tracking project costs for monthly review
The ideal candidate fits the below profile:
Strong communication skills
Motivated and self-driven (entrepreneurial outlook)
Committed to technical excellence
Good relationship builders (internal and external)
Education certificate in office administration or related field
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administration, especially with creating documents and spreadsheets
Good written and spoken English is necessary
Good typing speed is necessary
Knowledge of MEP / Construction / Commissioning would an advantage
Attention to details
Task & time management
Tech-savvy (MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point – and PDF Editor such as Adobe Acrobat Pro or equivalent)
