As part of the Middle East, Turkey & Africa Partners Marketing team, you will support the region in achieving its organizational goals by driving strategic marketing related initiatives in key areas such as Pricing, Data Quality & Insights and Territory Management in close collaboration with our partners.

What does the role involve?
As the Strategic Marketing Specialist with Hilti, your Pricing responsibilities will focus on steering pricing KPIs in partner markets in terms of results and key levers. In addition, you will be responsible for implementing key pricing related initiatives in partner markets (e.g., Fair Pricing implementation, Price Agreement reviews).
From a Data Quality & Insights perspective, you will be responsible for implementing agreed data quality processes, including the analysis of present data and use provided data quality tools to improve customer, contact & project level data across the partner organizations.
Lastly, you will work closely with our colleagues in the partner organizations to continuously improve data quality required to enable a high-quality territory management process and implement a Territory Management process for selected focus markets together with Hilti internal stakeholders.

What you need is:
Bachelors degree
Strong analytical Skills and passion for working on analytical tasks
Strong capabilities in developing marketing concepts and strategies, preferably proven in the area of B2B
Strong communication skills (oral and written) and confidence in presenting to senior management
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)
Easily understands financial and business implications of Marketing decisions
Enjoys working with, engaging and guiding different stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.)
