Summary

The Storekeeper is responsible for the receipt, storage, and issuance of all storeroom materials and supplies. The Storekeeper will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure that all materials are properly stored and that inventory levels are accurate. The Storekeeper will also be responsible for maintaining the storeroom in a clean and organized condition.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Receive and inspect all incoming materials and supplies.
Reconcile incoming materials and supplies with purchase orders.
Store materials and supplies in a safe and organized manner.
Issue materials and supplies to authorized personnel.
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Prepare reports on inventory levels and usage.
Dispose of obsolete or damaged materials and supplies.
Keep the storeroom clean and organized.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or storeroom environment.
Knowledge of inventory management principles.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work safely and efficiently.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
