Startup Investments Strategy Manager Full Time

The Investment Manager is a primary point of contact for investors to access the entire suite of investment capabilities, insights and solutions offered by investors and partners. This is achieved by working in close partnership with the CEO in the day-to-day planning and servicing for the company.
Prepare the investment documents such as financial modelling/forecasting, discounted cash flow analysis, enterprise valuation, comparable analysis and power-point presentations and other research and marketing materials.
Conduct detailed return analysis on investment opportunities.
Competitive analysis and market opportunities research.
Review of legal agreements.
Assist with ongoing analysis, monitoring and reporting on existing and future portfolio investments, including review of monthly management reports and Board information packs, where relevant.
Support the CEO in his new investors acquisition efforts through participation in events, pitches and showcasing.
Act within professional, legal and ethical boundaries and guidelines, observing all internal and external compliance regulations and code of ethics and conduct; flagging and managing reputational risks and conflicts issues
Requirements- Some Experience In Startup Investment .
University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or Law.
Experienced and comfortable in leading investment discussions in one-on-one meetings and small groups
Excellent communication skills and collaboration skills
Proven working experience as an startup investment, not less than 5 years.
