What you’ll do
Youll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
You will play an integral role in providing a positive and memorable experience for all our spa visitors and hotel guests
Provide essential administrative support to the Spa and Wellness facility working closely with its department head and spa team (and other departments collaboratively) to ensure a seamlessly smooth running of its operations and beyond
Serve as the main point of contact in all communication activities, warmly welcoming guests on arrival (discretely and professionally) ensuring they are comfortable and happy, at all times
Youll also effectively operate and manage the spa booking system scheduling appointments and experiences while controlling therapist activity, check ins and outs, transactions, stock inventory, reports and guest records, as well as all other expectations relevant to the ultimate guest spa journey
Organize and maintain a tidy reception, spa lobby area, and all retail points while representing the Company and partner brand to the highest standard in your appearance and attitude
Participate in achieving individual and departmental targets optimizing revenue in the upselling of spa services and retail products by offering relevant recommendations to our guests, confidently
Demonstrate an exceptional guest service, promptly addressing and satisfactorily resolving guest concerns or issues ensuring all needs are met and exceeded

What you’ll bring
Youll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the Spa and Wellness team
Have a strong background in spa reception and guest reservations in the luxury environment, with a minimum of 2 years experience handling
You have a talent for interacting, organizing and effectively demonstrating exceptional guest relations
Possess good team spirit, empathy and be guest-centric
Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You will have great skills in this area with a strong customer service ethic and know of its importance
English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Arabic (and any other) is an advantage but not essential
