Job Description
We are actively seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Specialist of Workplace Management to manage our office functions across the MENA region. Based out of Dubai you will be responsible for all office related matters in this location in addition to our spaces in Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Tel Aviv.
You will take care of the smooth running and general happiness of our offices and colleagues, with a can-do attitude, always thinking two steps ahead. Passion and enthusiasm will be key, driving forward new processes and procedures as we continue to scale.
This role also provides a great opportunity for progression and growth.
What you will do:
Serve as the first point of contact for all Workplace management matters in MENA
Manage all aspects of Workplace operations inclusive of space management, in-office experience, health and safety, visitors and security, maintenance, vendor management and local events.
Ensure key stakeholders in region and globally are kept well informed of all Workplace management operations
Drive strategic change in region for the Workplace management area to ensure operational excellence
Report on KPIs and SLAs across region
Team management (in person and remotely)
Work with Workplace PMO on office renovations and/or relocations
Budget management for all MENA sites
Operate in line with all CKO Procurement policies
Manage third party vendors, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are developed and regularly reviewed.
Ensure we are legally compliant for all matters concerning health, safety and security in the region.
Collaborate with the wider Workplace team on global initiatives and strategic projects.
Administrator of the Workplace Service Desk, ensuring globally set SLAs are met by team.
Qualifications
About You:
Demonstrable experience as a Workplace/Facilities management professional in a fast-paced, global start-up environment
Proven experience managing multi-site building operations cross borders
Solid understanding of building compliance and relevant legislation
Working knowledge of HVAC and M&E systems
Intermediate proficiency with MS Office, Excel, Outlook and Google Apps
Great interpersonal skills and ability to interact and communicate with influence
Proactive and solutions focused
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong vendor / contract management skills
Ability to handle administrative details independently while exercising good judgment in keeping team members and stakeholders informed
Hands-on, always ready to roll up your sleeves and go above and beyond for the team
Excellent written and communication skills
Arabic speaking preferable but not essential
