Senior Site Administrator Full Time

About the job
– Follow up on light vehicles management for the employees in the site.
– Follow up on all related activities for time sheets and vacation for the staff.
– Manage the mobilization in all sites.
– Submit weekly reports directly to the direct manager regarding site admin activities.
– Manage the accommodations of the sites.
– Implement procedures and policies of the company.
– Make contracts for cars and rented premises.
– Follow up on expenses in sites.
– Follow up for the site’s stationary purchasing needs.
– Follow up on the periodical admin expenses in sites.
– Submit weekly reports directly to the direct manager regarding site admin activities.
– Responsible for contracts of guardianship with suitable entities in the sites and follow up on their entitlements.
Desired Skills and Experience
Education: B.Sc. Degree in Law, Business or any other related field
Years of Experience: 7-10 years of experience, at least 3 years in Administration
Language: Good English
Computer skills: MS Office
